Recruiting is art + science . We run an all-encompassing recruitment/headhunting process: rich in data, technology, experience and storytelling.

1: mission brief
I drill down & get clarity on what the ‘perfect’ profile looks like (there’s no room for ambiguity). Moreover, I need to understand what’s so great about your company & this mission, so A-Players will only ever say ‘yes’!
2: identify
The research stage: using a range of data sources, I identify the most relevant companies to target talent from. Then, who the top performers are from within those companies that we absolutely need to get talking to!


3: engage
The headhunting stage: hyper-personalized outreach to the best candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, cold calling, texting, voice notes, video, social media engagement & my paid referral program…. creativity & persistence is key!
4: qualify
Screening candidates to the nth degree: their achievements, quota attainment, sales cycles, personal drivers. Plus a reference call with a previous boss to ensure it all stacks up.


5: manage
I manage the whole interview process through to offer acceptance & onboarding. Clarity, communication & momentum in the process are all pivotal when it comes to securing the best people.
